We have many options for making your fundraiser different and successful. We have CD Fundraisers and Calendar Fundraisers.

 

CD Fundraisers:

 

We can record your event and put together a full CD or “Best of” CD for your students or clients. We can also record your talent shows or music competitions and make a CD of the winners to sell as a fundraiser. We also take pictures at your events and sell the pictures as fundraising tools or as a cover for your fundraising CD.

Here’s how it works:

 

With our mobile recording studio, we will come to your event and record your choir, band, or talent show. Then we will put it on a CD for you and use your school or business logo and pictures from the event for the CD leaflet. We then make copies for you to sell to your students, clients, and parents as a fundraiser. We sell it to you at a discounted cost so you can make money for your school, church, or charity.

 

This is a great idea for schools because the students not only get to be on a CD, but they get to make money for their school.

 

Prices include case, shrink-wrap, design work, and CD duplication. The CD comes with 2-colour screen-printing and CD insert. Turnaround is 10 – 14 business days for completion of the CDs.   

 

Prices are based on travel time to and from the location, set up and tear down of the equipment, actual recording and photography time as well as post-production of the CD, photography, and overall design.

 

The more CDs that are ordered, the lower the cost per unit is on the CDs. We can offer quantities as low as 300 units or in excess of 10,000 units.         

 

 

Calendar Fundraisers:

 

We can make a wall calendar for your school or church by taking pictures of your events, sports teams, student council, bands, choirs, staff, members, and the school or church itself. We can be abstract, humorous or educational, however you want your school represented. 

 

Here’s how it works:

 

We come to your school and spend a minimum of two hours shooting various pictures of your school or your event. Then we go back to the studio, touch up the pictures, and print the calendar. We then make copies for you to sell to your students, clubs, clients, and parents as a fundraiser. We sell it to you at a discounted cost so you can make money for your school, church, or charity.

 

Prices include the photo shoot, post production, design, and printing costs. Turnaround is 10 – 14 business days for completion of the calendars.

The more calendars that are ordered, the lower the cost per unit is on the calendars. We can offer quantities as low as 50 units or in excess of 5,000 units.
